With my daughter back in jail and me knowing she would never find out if I used, and the temptation right there so easy to get…
I still didn’t do it!
I am so happy. It makes these last few months mean so much to me.

I’m glad you didn’t do it.
Why’s your daughter in jail, if I may ask?
Kudos for resisting the urge.
I’m not sure, she made up some story, but her original charges were drugs and trespass.
I see, tresspassing while high, most probably.
Twice in my life I was approached by drug sellers, luckily I said no. And when I used to go into bars or night clubs, I never shared my drink with anyone, but I’ve heard stories of people getting hooked on street drugs via free drinks from strangers.
You are very wise and smart for never going down that road. I started down the road when I was eleven with marijuana. When I was 15 I was drinking and using heavy drugs and left home. I soon became an addict and didn’t stop until I was 27. I stayed clean to raise my family but recently had a little fall off the wagon. But I can’t risk the chance of my daughter seeing me under the influence because I need to do everything I can to help her get off drugs.
Well done!
That was so good of you to resist a huge temptation.
I had a couple weeks drinking three drinks of alcohol a day but not having any today.
I don’t want to become a alcoholic.
Felt nice to be tipsy and made time pass quicker.
Three drinks isn’t a huge amount it was just enough to feel tiny bit tipsy.
I gotta resist temptation too.
way to go @Leaf keep it up…
@SacredNeigh7 I drink three of four times a year…I only drink to get a buzz. but I have it under control.
Nice job, @Leaf !
REALLY proud of you.
When I was young and joining the military used to go to the French Quarter a lot in New Orleans. I had to retake the hearing test several times to pass. I still can’t hear for ■■■■.
I always ran into this guy who would bump into you and say cocaine. What an idiot. I don’t know how he wasn’t in jail after the first night.
My only real drug dealer.story.
Good on you for not using.
I have a good friend who has a drug problem and he just vanished one day. We all thought something bad happened to him. No one had heard from him. Five years later he got out of jail and was back active. It’s a rough life.
