I’m up all night and day. I’m not able to take naps. I wonder what’s going on. I do have sza but it’s depressive type. I don’t get manic. I hope I can sleep soon. This is going to wear me down

Good luck @ZmaGal . I tend to have the opposite problem myself. I sleep a bit too much.

That can be a sign of relapse. Keep an eye on it, but I’d report it to your doctor if it goes on for 3 days.
Thanks @Bowens. When I was on Geodon I couldn’t sleep. It took changing my med to finally sleep again. Seroquel on the other hand had me sleeping an insane amount

That’s what happened to me after staying on zyprexa for too long. I can’t really take naps anymore. I’m only able to sleep about 1-2 hours after taking medication. And then I have to plan it every day. If I stay up too long after taking meds I can’t sleep.
Maybe there are some natural sleep remedies you can try if you have it at hand. Supplements help me a lot with sleep in conjunction with meds.
