Anyone on it for bipolar depression? Does it help?
Lamotrigine helps me lots with bipolar depression i used to be a very mean angry person before I got on it but I used to take topamax which is supposedly weak as hell

I have SZA too. We are gonna add it to my AP in place of effexor.

I have taken 200mg since two years ago and it’s helpful for my depression, but when antidepressant was added then my depression went away even more. I’m on those plus two AP’s as I have sza.

I just took my first dose (25mg). How long did it take you guys to start feeling the effects?
Meds work differently for everybody.
For me, it was not effective. I actually went very manic (and psychotic) back in 2019, and I ended up in the hospital.
But it does really help some people. It just didn’t help me. I am now on the strongest mood stabilizer, Lithium Carbonate.
