Landscaping — didn’t even last a day pulling weeds
Washing dishes — I wasn’t getting along with my co workers
Construction — stocking doors
Upholstery — could not learn the math involved

I’d say the only job I liked was bussing tables and doing janitor work, however I was a maniac with those tables which led me in to a breakdown

I was the guy who raised the bowling cones/pins after the guests had thrown a bowling ball in a unmechanised bowling center

I was even the boss of the “bowling-cones-boys” :grinning: My job was to gather around 4 friends each time there was a bowling event, two lanes for every person.

Cleaning toilets in holiday resort… unbelievably dirty. The walls were covered with… you know what.

Cold calling businesses to sell them the ugliest lightbulbs known to man

I used to work for the IRS collecting taxes. Not too long ago. It was a good job but try telling people you work for the IRS. I told one guy trying to sell me an RV. He asked me if I had any friends.

I was in collections too. Not auditing. People were not happy to see or hear from me.

Flipping burgers at Dairy Queen was my first and worst job. I was in high school and they told me I wouldn’t have to work late. I closed every night. Think I did that just a little more than a week. Had to quit. It was awful.

I went around washing peoples cars in town with a friend when I was around 10. I made plenty of money. I was small and cute so people didn’t mind a pair of kids washing their cars with washing up liquid and making them do all the work like fetching buckets off water all the time.

No, I must not.

I’ve had so many totally lame jobs that it is not even funny. From restaurants to fast food to housekeeping to telemarketing to nursing. They all sucked royally. And these were always the only kinds of jobs I could ever get. I might look white but I’ve always had a Spanish surname. This was back in the 80’s and 90’s.

I’ll ask you a question. Who was dirtier, the men or the women?
