Kinda worried the neighbours Are plotting against me and have me under surveillance

I went onto the street to pick up some food my parents got me when they were in town.

Anyway when I was out the neighbour came out on the street as well. He had no reason to be out there.

Next I was back in my flat when I heard the same neighbour talking to other neighbours. 99.9% sure they were talking about me.

I tried my best to ignore it but when I leaned forward on my sofa they talked more quietly. I think they knew I was on to them.

I am worried they think I am drug dealer or something. A guy in the village spread a rumour I was a drug dealer because I had a bigger tv than him.

Sounds like a little bit of paranoia to me.

Even if they did think you were a drug dealer though, why would you care? As long as you arenā€™t actually dealing drugs, itā€™s not like they are going to catch you, right?

No I am not involved with any drugs. I am worried though police will hear this rumour and raid the flat. They break down the door when they do that and I am afraid I will get evicted for damage to the door

Just after the neighbour came out of his front door to literally stand on the street for one minute solely to look at me. He had no other reason to be out there

Sounds like paranoia to me though. 99.999% of people wouldnt do that and it is pretty illegal. If they were doing something illegal the last thing they would do is talk to the neighbours about it.

Silly Questionā€¦ You tried wearing headphones or earbuds when outside with your tunes on? I find that helps with the paranoia. I have the same thoughts about my neighbours too - but in reality they are more bothered about themselves then probably wondering what your doing.

Even if they are talking about you - just try to ignore them. Maybe they are just bloody nosey like mine are.

I had a spate where a group of people were calling me a pedo - cos i drunkenly said one night that i loved children and wanted to be a nursery nurse. Dont let it get to you.

Feel like wearing headphones in the flat just now. But unfortunately I am in that phase of being as quiet as a mouse so I can eavesdrop on the scheming neighbours.

I appreciate eavesdropping is rude and counterproductive. BuT I worry if I donā€™t listen in on their conversations I will miss crucial intelligence of when the riot police are coming

I would try to lay off the eaves-dropping mate. I used to do that alot - and found it just fuelled the paranoia, and the brain just fills in the gaps on what you want to hear, when you cant hear them properly.

Just say ā€œfck emā€ and live your own life. :slight_smile:

Your meds are not working, I used to think that my neighbour works with ISIS. I saw black tainted cars infront of his and my house at night. I thought they came to pick me up so I work for them but there was no one in the car when I went outside.

You need to raise or change your meds. I remember you had good non-paranoid posts before. Did you change your meds?

I usedto think that my neighbor was a Jew who controlled my mind,got into my boyfriendā€™s body and raped me.The AP make me laugh at that now.
