Oh those look ridiculously good! You realize how I feel about nachos right? All you need is some jalapeno slices on those suckers and a scoop of sour cream right in the center! Oh man that’s cheesy… Good stuff.

You inspired me to want to have vegetarian nachos with vegetarian mince or beans.

Vegetarian nachos are no problemo as long as you’re a fan of refried beans. I know I am!

I’m thinking about making some chili later on if my back holds out but first I must clean the kitchen so i have elbow room.
