So I picked up a bag of scoopable tostitos corn chips at the local grocery store.
Just add grated cheese…a half jar of spag sauce on top…microwave for 2 minutes…
And Voila! I’m the family Hero for the night!

I love mexican. In America it’s off the hook eating out. Over here I’ve yet to get a good burrito but there’s some newer restaurants which I’m interested in trying. Nachos is good and easy. Pity the old man doesn’t like anything but a boring bit of English cooking. Steak, chips and salad kinda guy! Oh well. Enjoy your nachos my friend!
