Nachos are so good. I miss American Mexican food. It was cheap and so good compared too what they pass off over here in Oz. Not a fan of our version of Mexican food.

I’ve made nachos with refried beans, cheese, ground beef, taco seasoning, jalapenos, diced tomatoes, and sour cream before all in the microwave. I’ve never thought to use seasoned chips like doritos though, I wonder if it would be good. I like the nacho cheese flavor. My favorite was a flavor called blazin’ buffalo ranch but those were only around for like a year or two then they vanished

I made some 2 days ago. I use hamburger, grated mexican cheese, ordinary tortilla chips. I put the salsa on last with sour cream. Unheated. I used to use doritos, but they seemed too spicy.
