Between med side effects and age, it’s hard work to try and stay a healthy weight

I’ll go first

Bought a smoothie blender for £30 off Amazon

Hoping I can have more fruit

They sell bags of diced fruit that’s frozen

Mix it with milk and yoghurt and it tastes pretty good

No more throwing away healthy stuff because it’s gone off

I see to make a smoothie with frozen berries and apple juice very nice
I eat lots of fruit just need to eat more veggies and get back to walking

I walk a few miles twice a week… it’s not much but better than nothing.

I’m getting to that point.

I’m just calorie counting. But I’m losing the battle.

I eat very little and it works to keep my weight under 72kg!

Now, when i get really, really hungry I take 25g of chia seeds with water and that stops the need to eat too much!

25g of chia seeds is 122calories but it feels like a meal.

I calorie count and try to walk at least 3 miles each day. I try to emphasize protein and whole foods such as fruits and veggies and legumes.

Seriously tho .think I’m going to up my work outs once I can stop vaping. It’s really hard to push vaping as much as I do.

I’ve been slowly eating healthier more over the last few years . My doctor just put me on the weight loss shot so that should help as long as there are no side effects

Paddle boarding, walking, some archery. My walking pad was put away on me. I got it out and it was put away again. There may be a fight soon.

I know type 1 diabetics can exercise but I’m struggling with low blood sugar when I walk for more than 10 minutes at a time. My sugar dips in the 50s and I have to use emergency sugar to get it back up. I’m not sure how to exercise. I need ideas. But I do eat very healthy 99% of the time and I don’t sit or lie down for more than half an hour at a time. I feel like an idiot because I want to do more.

Started a lord of the rings walking challenge where i have to walk 233km, quit my workouts and vegan meal plan, but i am signing up again today, lugging a big hiking bag full of groceries from.the supermarket to home on my bike.

Im not in shape yet, but im gonna be!

I have lost weight without counting calories

What I did was stop having so many takeaways, less processed food, more water and exercise 3 or 4 times a week

Over a year to lose around 25 kilos

Before I tried calorie restriction but after I went back to normal eating the weight came back

Like to think doing it slowly will be more sustainable

Can’t do crash diets because I take it too far

All I want is to get rid of my belly and slim down a bit

Don’t expect to go back to my weight 10 years ago

I came to 75kg from about 85-95 on a keto diet, but dietician said it’s not good for me!
