Seriously tho .think I’m going to up my work outs once I can stop vaping. It’s really hard to push vaping as much as I do.
I’ve been slowly eating healthier more over the last few years . My doctor just put me on the weight loss shot so that should help as long as there are no side effects
I know type 1 diabetics can exercise but I’m struggling with low blood sugar when I walk for more than 10 minutes at a time. My sugar dips in the 50s and I have to use emergency sugar to get it back up. I’m not sure how to exercise. I need ideas. But I do eat very healthy 99% of the time and I don’t sit or lie down for more than half an hour at a time. I feel like an idiot because I want to do more.
Started a lord of the rings walking challenge where i have to walk 233km, quit my workouts and vegan meal plan, but i am signing up again today, lugging a big hiking bag full of groceries from.the supermarket to home on my bike.
