If u really wanna come off meds, I suggest when you start to feel withdrawal, take a very very small dose of your meds. Like split up the pill into 1/8th what it usually is and take it like a prn whenever the withdrawal comes. At least that’s what I’d do

Did you run out of your meds or did you just decide to go off for some reason?
I went off them cause I don’t need them.
I have been misdiagnosed.
I’ve stopped all of then cold Turkey.

My psychiatrist my parents and her plotted together to get me
I would stay on meds misdiagnosis is rare

No I’ve gone off them cause I’m convinced nothing is wrong with me
