I’ve cut my L-theanine supplement intake from 800mg a day to 400mg a day and really miss it. I suspect part of it is withdrawal, and part of it is it was actually helping me a lot.
I want to come off it completely for a while, but went bananas due to withdrawal when I tried cold turkey.
So now, I’m just sitting here waiting for the time of day I normally take it.
It reminds me of coming off of Clonazepam.
I don’t know about l-teanine cold turkey effect but I now have zero delusions, that is right

morning and night

I’m sure it’s a large dose otherwise it doesn’t work
on smaller doses I get delusions
I didn’t realise you could get it in powder form. I take capsules.
