They were coming with my shopping. I said I had a bad back so couldn’t meet them on the street. In actual fact I was scared to leave the house.

Am not switching meds now so not sure why I am ill.
Have you been taking any stimulants or other drugs? I’m trying to help here

Thanks @Moonwalker. No no other drugs or anything. I think I am just having a bad couple of weeks. Am sure it will pass. Contacted my pdoc secretary and the earliest appointment is august.
There’s worse things than white lies… I wouldn’t fret about it.
