I’m nervous. There are so many things I need to tell him. Hopefully he can come up with some solutions. I feel so sick.

I normally make a list of the things I feel he need to know. I make sure I work through the entire list.
There is normally enough time cause I see him for an hour.

Went okay. A little change of meds. After I went to do a little shop I went to bring flowers to my mom and pick up my kiddos. I’m home now just resting a bit before making supper.
