Just had first phone interview

First went well. I have secured a second interview with the hiring manager

Looking up employment wise

Got rejected for a role last week, but that was due to my people skills (Autism basically)

This one is not managing any people, and just working on new business projects!

Congrats, sounds promising. My interviews were phone interviews as well. There were about 4-5 of them plus a driver record check and a criminal background check. This was the first time I had a phone interview, I found I was more comfortable than on zoom or in person.

Once they hired all the people they were going to hire there was a group zoom meeting for orientation and a website with some reading and tests for training.

I didn’t do anything in person until my first day of actual work.
