I had my interview for the job I got via Microsoft teams with 3 people. I first did a test call with my sister to test the video and sound.
Hope it all goes well, because nothing sucks more than technical issues.

They emailed me again. They said they’d like me to speak to another colleague. I don’t know what to expect. I thought I already done the interview.

I’ve never been interviewed by a CEO. Consider it an honor.
The most senior person I’ve ever been interviewed by was a CSO (Chief Strategy Officer) and like you expect she kept asking questions about the strategy of the company.
