Honestly, life is very frustrating for me. I just have to take baby steps, set boundaries, push myself…and have mini breakdowns cuz I of all the ■■■■ I have to deal with. I really feel as if I have no value. I appreciate compliments but I just have been hurt too much. I do as much as I can to be healthy, but only care to live to take care of dogs.

Trust me u are valuable. Ur strong smart independent not afraid to speak ur mind… At least others can see it but I really hope u can too with time.

Actually I have an ultrasound and X-ray, and for My diagnosises my cardiologist is mesmerized that it looks physically healthy. Thanks🤗

I finally shaved yesterday and felt awesome after. Grooming feels nice.
