I’m more than a little worried.
Has he had his vaccination and boosters ?
Should he be taking paxlovid?
He’s had all his jabs.I don’t know now about paxlovid.
It might be worthwhile discussing paxlovid with his doctor. You have to take it within 5 days of a positive test I think.
Good on him for having the shots. That very well may save his life.
Llama is sending you all good vibes.
If paxlovid is available in the UK I really recommend it. My nurse practitioner put me on it, and it worked wonders. In the USA it’s paid for the US government and is free.
My Dad lives in North Carilina, and also has a ‘shack’ in Virginia.
im sorry he got covid
i wish him the best
I hope he’s ok. How bad are his symptoms?
All I know is that he’s tired.
That doesn’t sound so bad. Hopefully the vaccines helped and it doesn’t get bad
Wishing him a quick recovery.
I hope everything goes ok.
Speedy recovery to him! My brother took Paxlovid and it helped him recover quickly, but then he relapsed and I’ve heard that’s common with Paxlovid. He said it was worth it and that he recovered from the relapse even more quickly.
Hope your dad feels great very soon!
My 88 year old survived Covid @firemonkey
If your father was vaccinated and boosted he’ll be fine, I’m sure
Wishing a speedy recovery for your father @firemonkey
We just had it and my 78 year old dad with copd and asthma did better than me. If he’s vaxxed I’m hoping it’s not a bad thing and he gets through allright. Hoping for a good recovery for you and yours.
Sorry to hear this @firemonkey
Well wishes to your father.
Thanks all of you. I’ve just heard that his appetite is still good.
