I just finished my second work out. I am in way worse shape than I thought. It’s hard, I feel the drugs in my system. But I did it. 1h of exercise. Phew!
Hopefully I’ll continue working out. It feels good afterwards. My plan is to work out twice a week (physio for my back). Then increase it to three times a week. As soon as I get my back sorted out I’ll start lifting weights and do cardio.
I did another work out today. I didn’t have to but I was in a good mood today so I went to the gym. It was easier today, didn’t feel fatigued from the meds.
I just ate three eggs and two slices of cheese with a proteinshake.
