Just finished my second work out!

I just finished my second work out. I am in way worse shape than I thought. It’s hard, I feel the drugs in my system. But I did it. 1h of exercise. Phew!

Hopefully I’ll continue working out. It feels good afterwards. My plan is to work out twice a week (physio for my back). Then increase it to three times a week. As soon as I get my back sorted out I’ll start lifting weights and do cardio.

Now I need to hit the shower!

Yeah well done. It gets addictive in a good way if you do it regularly and the gains are immense. Keep on keeping on.

I did another work out today. I didn’t have to but I was in a good mood today so I went to the gym. It was easier today, didn’t feel fatigued from the meds.

I just ate three eggs and two slices of cheese with a proteinshake.

Today I’m eating a steak for dinner.

Impressive.due to the meds it is hard to do any activity. Really impressed.

The first ten minutes of exercise is horrible, I really felt tired. But as soon as I gain momentum it gets easier.

I’m on olanzapine which is known for making you feel heavy in the head.

Hopefully I’ll recover some more, then I can lessen the dosage.

You can probably start exercising as well. But as I said it can initially feel heavy.
