So…2 times in a row my toilet clogged when I have gone number 2.

I’ve eventually been able to unclog the toilet. Unfortunately, not before my fiance used it and flooded the bathroom the last time.

So, being the problem solver that I am, I have found a temp solution. Yes, Im taking stool softener, but this isnt what saved me.

I will just say that the solution involves grabbing a knife followed by a not very pretty activity.

Before anyone gets grossed out here, remember : it was your mind that filled in the blanks. I just mentioned a clogged toilet and a knife.

That is all.

I’ve clogged plenty of toilets in my day, but I’ve yet to clog a power flush (a/k/a power assist) toilet.

This is how I finally got it unclogged both times, but it took like a day and a half of trying and letting it sit and trying and letting it sit. And you cant have a toilet clog for 2 days every time u go 2. So…

In Alaska we have “dry” cabins that have outhouses instead of toilets and in Winter they form “poopsicles” that you have to take a hatchet to and break those bad boys down! That’s sort of what i envisioned when you said you took the knife to the clogged toilet!
