I have struggled with Bulimia, @anon94176359. I did it off and on for many years and still do it every once in awhile. I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Failure at one point because of it. My GFR is still off but hasn’t gotten worse since I stopped binging/purging regularly.
It feels good to do sometimes. Don’t beat yourself up because you did it, but pay attention that you don’t make it a regular habit. The body releases endorphins and I would feel so much better, but because it’s so unhealthy I know I need to get endorphins elsewhere…
I hope you feel so much better and move forward from this really hard time. Be kind to yourself 
@anon94176359 this is really serious. My roommate in college had to drop out of school because she ended up having a heart attack from the strain of binging and purging. She was never underweight, but her body was so stressed out it nearly shut down.

I’m so sorry. I know how bad you feel right now. It’s going to be ok. You can solve this problem. If you do it often you can get help. If you don’t do it often and can stop then do so and everything will be fine. But if you do feel like you need help to stop that’s ok. I binged and purged for many, many years and finally ended up stopping on my own but there are lots of support groups and therapists to help now. There’s no shame in asking for help it you need it.
