Was stuffing my face like a man possessed. I then made myself sick. I used to do this all the time but not recently. Hope it doesn’t herald a return to old form.
Problem is I have the rush/buzz from purging now. Feels good in the worst way.

Bulimia can come back after as much as twenty years of dormancy. It did for me. Luckily, I quit after a few months. I just didn’t want to live that way. But be assured, you always have to be careful of not going back into that kind of behavior. Bulimia is an addiction like any other addiction. You’re never totally free of it.

I was bulimic from 13 to about 21.
Tried it a couple of times about 3-4 years ago, but it was just too difficult to actually throw up. I suppose that’s a good thing.

Bulimia is one of the most addicting habits, and most detrimental to your health.
Please be careful, I hope this doesn’t become a regular thing for you. I’m currently struggling with it myself and it’s hell.
Hair falling out and my teeth hurt.
It’s not fun, even though you feel good after.

This is a nasty turn of events jimbob. Bulimia is pretty serious. If you can’t stop then tell your doctor. I hope you can quit.

I used to purge when I was a teenager it took a lot for me to stop. I’m scared Every time I get really sick that I’ll go back to it. But I’ve stayed clean for 6 years now.
