Junk food makes me sick

It’s just not to lose weight im just through with it. I need a healthy eating plan. I feel like throwing up. I’m sorry if I piss someone off it has to stop. It’s getting too much.

Yeah junk food is hard on the body in so many ways. Doesn’t mean you can’t ever eat it, but just eat some on occasion if you can. You got this!!

You’ll save a ton of money too. With hamburgers costing $10-$12 at some places it really adds up.

just try to eat better in meals and stop snacking…makes a big difference…when I’m hungry and it’s not supper or dinner I drink a full glass of water.

a glass of water is a good idea. ive been having like a fourth cup to half cup kefir when i feel hunger. it gets rid of it

I eat way too much junk food. I probably need to cut back.

Me too.

I go back and forth between some super strict diet like keto and eating too much junkfood.

I think making small changes and sticking to them is key. But my mind cannot routinise changes. It does radical changes for a short term and then relapse. :woman_shrugging:

Reading atomic habits about starting up new habits. It says to start with identity rather than goals.

“I am someone who takes good care of her body” rather than “I am someone who eats loads of junk food and want to quit that”.

Also making small changes. And focusing on the process (eg buying healthy food every day) rather than the goal (losing weight).

And it says you need to go through a valley of disappointment, where nothing changes yet.

That’s as far as I got.

I know. I get frustrated by sugar caffeine and junk. I just had a cold brew decaf coffee. Walked all the way home with groceries. Y’all are right about the water thing.

For me its just the old motivation problem and effort it takes to eat healthy. Im like you im good for a few days then it gets old and i want something nice to eat
