I have some problems writing what I’m feeling, so instead I do a drawing journal. Like based on complexity of the design and the colors I choose I can get my feelings out pretty well, anyone else do any journaling?


This is how I started to recover from muteness. And a sense of severe isolation. Just started writing words and doodling in a moleskin. Was pretty meaningful to me when I completed my first one. And then it moved on to other journals. I then got some kind of paranoia and ripped them all up but kept my drawings. But even so i still have a journal I write in now and then. It’s proven pretty helpful to me even though I struggle to read diary type of entrys over again. As my writing can be way too small to bother trying to see it on a page.
