The first one was bc my dad forgot I had an appointment that day. So I wasn’t able to give 24 hours notice
The second one was yesterday.i wasn’t able to give 24 hours notice. A tree fell down onto our power lines and we had to wait for the technicians to come out and fix it. I really like this therapist and I just feel I have the worst luck when making an appointment with her
Hopefully they’ll understand.
You’re supposed to give 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment or they can charge you $50 If you do it so many times they can drop you as a patient

With rules like that I’d fire them as a therapist. S*** happens.
It’s happened twice in a row. I just don’t want her to think I’m making excuses
I have missed lab appointments a few times only having to reshedule & wasn’t a big deal, only missed a dr.s appointment once due to oversleeping/no sleep but was scheduled for a few days later… I try my darndest to make them because I have appointment every 3 months & when the meds run out im in trouble
