I've lost quite a bit of weight over the last few months

6 months ago I was 12 stones and 5lbs. Now I’m down to 11stones and 5lbs.

173 pounds to 159 pounds.

I wish I could say that. I lost some weight a few months ago, but I think I am gaining it back. I’m about fifty pounds overweight.
