Hit my first weight goal!

Im finally under 200 lbs! I started at 230. I know ive gained some muscle too as im more active. Im giving up soda now, along with a few bad habits, and i cant wait to see the results in a few months

Im not wearing my boobs (had a double mastectomy ans now i wear breast forms) but you can definitely see my stomach is way smaller. I wish i had kept track of how many inches ive lost

What are your stategies to loss weight ?

I lost 31 kilogrames with count my calories intake and i do 2 hours of walk daily. now i weight 106.2 kilograms but my initial weight was 137 kilos and i dream to weight 90 or 92 kilograms when before i taken drugs for my paranoid schizophrenia.

Hobestly? A mix of poverty and self control. Before i moved 6 months ago ibwas eating nothing but fast food, now i barely eat out and have homecooked meals made for me since i cant really cook or shop for myself consistently
