I had a late lunch so all I’m gonna do for dinner prep is cut up a banana and dump a half pint of raspberries on top. Voila. My husband is on his own, but we usually do make our own stuff anyway unless I make pasta or we eat…frozen pizza!

I got me the ultimate gadget for all home cooks: A pressure cooker! This is really going to elevate the quality of my homemade meals from frozen hamburger and chicken patties to pot roast, stuffed peppers, baby back ribs, etc… etc… It will all be so good that I will be able to invite my wife over for dinner. (We don’t live together yet. My apartment lease is still good up until next July 2019).

I have a slow cooker often but is that the same?

@FatMama, No they are not the same but the result is often the same. The pressure cooker takes a lot less time to cook than a slow cooker.

Too tired to cook tonight. Kid is making a caesar salad and heating a pair of burritos. I get spicy bean, not sure what’s she’s having.

I make fish tacos with those kind of frozen filets. Or sometimes it’s those with tater tots… Those exists for people like us on nights like this! Plus, they’re yummy. Enjoy!
