Just got a call from my Sister. She is bringing us steak dinners when she brings her son over to visit for his birthday, so I guess Chinese food is off the menu for today. I’m happy with a steak dinner though.

I am thinking about trying an instant pot out. A group instructor said they use one.
I had one before they were called that. Just an electric pressure cooker. They’re pretty handy. I used mine until it wore out.
