I had some chia seed pudding made with chocolate protein shake and some peanut butter. It was easy for me to eat since i am having to mouth breathe.

I made chicken alfredo for my grandma and i tonight. We both enjoyed it. Im helping my dad care for her after a cataract surgery gone awry. Hopefully more answers tomorrow for her.

It’s three layers of corn tortillas, ground beef, tomatoes, cheese, black beans and corn baked in a 9 x 13 pan and garnished with green onions and sour cream.
