I've got the shingles almost defeated

I’ve had a mild case of the shingles for the past 5 days. Today the spots look fainter and less bumpy. I’m taking acyclovir for it, and it has really helped. I have to take the med 5 times a day though. I thought this was going to be a nasty battle, but no, it’s been one of the easiest maladies I’ve ever had. Makes the chicken pox seem like a walk in the park. Take that!..stupid shingles!!!

Sounds great alien - shingles can be quite painful, my dad had it after a stressful period in his life - good to know that you are healing nicely
