No, that’s a VICTORY. You did the right thing at the right time to battle back against this stupid illness.

PROUD OF YOU.

It might, tho. And they definitely won’t, if you don’t look after yourself. I’m speaking from my own experience

That’s what I used to think. And then it did!

It’s an illness.
It can be treated.
But… We don’t get sick all at once and then get better all at once.
Time takes time.

You can do this.

You don’t know that. Anyone looking at me when I was 19 and newly diagnosed would never have thought I would do anything with my life. I was severely ill for 2 1/2 years straight. I spent most of the eighties in group homes, hospitals or mental health housing. I didn’t ever consider working from ages 19-22s. But now I’m looking back at working for 35 years. You may not work for that long but my point is that things change and things can change for the better. You just have to get through all these current problems you have and you have a chance at improving. It is probably better to go in the hospital now before things get worse.

I didn’t go last night probably won’t today.

People accusing me of being gay and saying yes you are

Don’t worry about them.

Godzilla is going to see me leave. Techs will tell the Mexicans where I’m at so they can yell at me.

Roxanna. What your boyfriend did was wrong. It was selfish of him to talk you into staying home, when you know you need the help.

Please try going to the hospital again, and tell your boyfriend you’re desperate and need help.
And don’t talk the hospital into letting you leave until you feel better.
Please.
I worry for you

What @Pikasaur said. Please get admitted. You have been sounding like you are in crisis for the last week at least.

Do what is best for you @roxanna.
You may need to go to the hospital.

@roxanna. It seems like you have had a relentless barrage of these negative voices for months now. The doctors need to know that you’re under this almost constant onslaught and how negatively this is affecting your well-being and your quality of life. Please tell your doctors so that they can adjust your treatment plan, preferably at the hospital where you can be monitored closely as meds are adjusted.

Me too. It’s not real. It completely goes away and literally comes back with stress.

It’s not going to change all the yelling cussing when I come back.

Hi Roxanna,

I hope you feel better, it doesn’t matter what anyone says to you or about you. It matters what you think. Maybe you need a medication update, I went through that a few years ago. After getting called bat shyt crazy even by my mother, according to my psych doctor I need a heavy dose of Seroquel to help with the voices telling me to end it all. I’ve tried a few times. My psych doctor boosted me upto 1,050mg of Seroquel per day.

And half the time it works, so anyways talk with a psych doctor maybe the crisis line on what you should do next.

Hope this helps
