It must have been an iron skillet your friend used, you don’t wash those, and those pans are ‘the old fasooned’ way to get iron in your diet (before pills that is.)

I made tostadas for dinner tonight. Super simple but delicious.
I wish I cooked more, my motivation comes and goes. For me it takes a few minutes to find a recipe www.bbcgoodfood.com and then do it, I hate routine food.
I thought about it and because I only cook sometimes I can cook more interesting meals
But if I coocked a few times a day I would probably did not have the energy to try someting new

I coocked something. Turkish pizza IT was called. When i posted the picture the people didn’t like it. It was not good looking but very tasting
