It’s weird, but some times I get my body a certain way, usually from working out, and I lose control of my sleeping habits. I’ve been sleeping a LOT. I’ve been missing day treatment, and staff is mad at me. I laid down for a nap at eight o’clock in the morning, and I figured I would wake up in time for day treatment at 1:00 pm, but I didn’t. There is a flip side to this. Sometimes I get my body a certain way, usually from working out, and I can’t sleep for days. I ruined a family Thanksgiving gathering one time when I was like this.
