I only slept for a few hours and a strange dream woke me up. Now I can’t fall back asleep. It’s 1:30 in the morning and I have nothing to do. I’ve been looking at jigsaw puzzles to buy buy haven’t decided which one I want yet. But that would be a fun thing to do when I can’t sleep.
My brother-in-law has insomnia as well. He said, that when he worked out(exercised) his insomnia got better.
Are you going to try it? Let me know if it works?

No, I already slept for the night. My sleeping pattern is off. I sleep during the night, and I sleep during the day time. You might want to try what I’m doing.
I go to bed at 8 or so and wake up at 2, then if I’m still tired I take a nap later whenever. But lately that’s been all over the place and I’ve been sleeping whenever, no rhyme or reason.
