Time for me to quit nicotine. I don’t know how long I’m going to last, but I hope I can finally quit after being 2 years smoke free (figuratively speaking).

I find that L-Theanine + Caffeine is a better option for cognitive enhancement.

Good luck! My brother went cold turkey a year ago and he’s been smoking for over twenty years. If he can do it, I believe almost anyone can… Maybe I’m underestimating him though.

I thought L Theanine would work better but I was wrong. I’ll just stick to my nicotine lozenges.
