I’ve been there. Are you having breakthrough symptoms? Are you on meds? I am and I sometimes believe my voices are real people talking to me in code. But then I snap out of it.

Here it is cold and nasty. In a part of my country there actually WAS snow last week. It is May ffs. We should be we wearing short skirts and tops and flipflops. And we did already this year. Now all “sunniness” went away again.

Be like an investigator and try to find the evidences that your voices are not real. Just that realness is so suspect. They just can’t be. But are we so clever and creative, that we could make this stuff up? But it has to be another area of our brains does this with all the energy of other persons. But I hear mine when nobody is there and could they actually care so much that they would spend all this energy to try to kill or humiliate us. Who cares that much. other mistakes the make in their fasade to us. Find them.
