It's a funny thing

At my old address I would go to bed around 2-4 am and get up around 9 am . I would also have a nap or two during the day. In the morning I would feel refreshed.

Here I’ve been sleeping 8-11 hours with hardly any afternoon naps. I slept 11 hours last night having not had an afternoon nap. I woke up feeling drowsy. I’m certainly not as refreshed.

I love to sleep around 12 hours but I cant

I have a sleep monitor. And tonight i slept light sleep for 2 hours and then half an our deep sleep while dreaming. And then repeated the same thing. Usually i sleep half an our light sleep and half an.hour deep sleep repeating 7 times. Its interesting that other peoples sleep cycles have changed too. Must be cause i used imovan. Its a sleep medication…but it made me drowzy during the day so last night i didnt take it.

I am putting off going to bed tonight. It is now 125 am. It is stupid when I do that. Throws me way off kilter. Tonight I set the clock back by one hour so that will help.
