I went to bed at 7:30 pm and woke up at 1:30 am. I actually feel better than if I oversleep. Can’t do that all the time but once a week would be good.

I did something similar. I fell asleep around 7pm and woke up around 11:30 pm. Been up ever since but thinking I may lay back down for awhile soon.

I sleep 12 hours a day. But like you if I sleep less than that I feel better occasionally.
