It was -6 C and I did ride my bicycle over 15 km which was great.

How can you do that I enjoyed bike riding when I was younger and owned about every kind of bike imaginable and I don’t even like going out in the cold to ride my bike cuz of my asthma

I like exercising, there was one article recently telling that exercising may prevent certain types of cancers. I like being outdoors.

I like to ride in all temperatures as long as the bicycle paths are not frozen. In summers I ride longer distances, 30 km a day. But I just like riding my bicycle.
