But I’m 99% sure I haven’t.
Still it’s possible. It really feels like I’ve missed a dose.
I’ll wait until 6pm as usual to take today’s dose.
Arghhhhhh!

The blood levels is probably significantly in favour of withholding any breakthrough symptoms. I think it has longer than a day half life!
Do you mark it down when you take your meds @everhopeful?
That’s what I do
Yes, I don’t expect any schizophrenia symptoms, but I feel really bad, I have a huge headache which normally happens if I ever miss a dose.
Hm, sometimes I wonder if abilify is a inducer of glucose levels. Maybe it is becuause if you’re getting a headache - it might be brain glucose related
I open the blister pack and expose the pill. I do the same with Metformin at the same time.
Then when I’ve taken them all at the end of the day, I “reload” and expose tomorrow’s pills.
I haven’t missed a dose in years with this method.
But for some reason, I think I missed yesterday ![]()
That’s ok @everhopeful
Abilify has a very long half life
I’ve taken today’s dose early.
Normal dosing will resume tomorrow!
Shouldn’t be dangerous, but can cause some whitdrawal symptoms. If I miss a dose of zyprexa I can’t sleep and feel out of it the next day. But I hardly ever miss a dose.
I use a medication reminder app that goes off when I’m supposed to take my meds. It also says which one(s). I only mark it off right after taking it (not before). And I take it when my alarm goes off. If I can’t take it then, I reschedule the time for that particular med and day and take it when it goes off at the new time. And of course I mark it as taken right after I take it
How are you feeling now @everhopeful
I hope better!
Yes, much better, thanks @Bitty
