I personally hate Apple products but I can’t deny he definitely accomplished something there with how I’ve known some users of Apple stuff that outright defend the oversight of some functions Windows has that I find very essential like a maximize button.

I guess in an example relevant to all of us, John Forbes Nash Jr. was a revolutionary mathematician and game theory creator despite he had schizophrenia strike him in life around the average time and then after much difficulty he managed to overcome his illness anyway despite he got fed up one day with treatment making him unable to think enough to do his work and quit everything including his meds. His wife even got back together with him and they actually died together in the same car crash which is kinda romantic despite they probably got mangled in it.

I think computer manufacturers (Windows) has a lot to learn from Apple and Linux, their OS are far more intuitive than windows.
Also, I have known a girl from here, a daughter of a famous Croatian singer, she traveled a half of the world, moved to London, started working, met a thirteen year older rich guy, made a lifestyle blog and bunch of other things, and she is 24 yrs old. Also she stayed grounded and kind.
The point…you have to have some good seed after all.

I can’t say one way or the other about Linux because I’ve never got to even see it in action but the times I’ve had to use a Macintosh OS I always eventually ragequit on it.
I have the a big issue with Windows OS, it’s great for gamers though. Macs suck in that department.
Macintosh was actually way ahead of the game with things like serious audio and video production before Windows was but Microsoft eventually got their heads out of their asses and worked on that.
True… Still, I prefer Machintosh over Windows OS… it’s more pretty

I hate Macs and Windows. Microsoft doesn’t innovate jack, they just copy and buy. OS X is based on FreeBSD. More copying, again. Linux by far is a superior “product,” and in fact, this thread makes me want to punch the screen of this Chromebook and hijack my wife’s tired laptop and put Linux Mint on it.

lol I thought this thread was going to eventually derail into an OS fanboy war with Steve Jobs being mentioned at the start. Oh well, I guess everyone has their own flavor. 
He died poor, sick and forgotten.
You know, even coming from my hometown of 500k in midwest, any of the people who stayed here REALLY destroyed their earning potential for Generation X. I had friend move to TX who got pregnant in college & started her family, latched onto a guy who had trouble working anything but minimum wage after bad military discharge. Woman makes more money than I ever earned working anything in my hometown (technicians, call center, office, design…) and SHE IS WAITRESS in busy family-friendly sit-down joint.
Other friends finished up college and probably making $250k as family, probably more for getting right business degree.
This is days before thought broadcasters and church hate mongers setting upon some good businesses and trashing the heck out of their employer/coworkers. Friends are leaving who tried to hang on here and there is nothing to show for last 15 years with so much workplace fighting, discrimination in education and sex harassment (with no unemployment for victims) these are leaving on greyhound bus with a suit case. Hear about other cities who have apartment cleaners bragging about finding another abandoned apartment of new women who just moved there and she just left with 1 suitcase full.
This bumber just looks at the state of the rest of us and want to just unplug from the media stream. Just work on getting by and staying out of the fighting. Lost enough. Just happy to have my health as I get older.
