I love routine. I get better function and get things done by living a structured life. Get up same time everday. Eat around same time everyday. Sleep same time everyday. It helps me live a good life so I’m not complaining.

Yep. Its starting to scare me how i dont even realize im awake and what i could be doing until the point where the day is almost over already. Its like days are going by way too fast and im not doing enough

Sometimes yes. It makes me so negative i say things such as “I’d really prefer not to be alive.” thats the extreme. But it happens once a week or so.
