Besides h2o it seems like everything else is diversity among humans. Maybe some vitamins minerals and protiens and enzymes.
There are certain amino acids that human beings can’t generate for themselves. Lee need trace amounts of mineral compounds. Really water alone is nowhere near sustaining a human being. If only it were that easy.
I have a doctor telling me I should look into nutrients that may help with schizophrenia but my symptoms make it hard to. Not her fault though. Would have to find a someone who specializes in it.
No, we need more than water. Yes, water and our survival go hand-in-hand - without it, we die pretty quickly (a week or so, depending on other factors). We can survive without food for significantly longer. But survival and well-being are two different things; we can survive on McDonald’s alone (+water) but are we going to be healthy? Nope. The rules are pretty simple when it comes to diet - protein + vegetables, some fats, some carbs (preferably not refined) and we’re good. We tend to complicate things a lot…seems there’s a new diet or ‘way of life’ coming out on an hourly basis…but the human body is very adept at extracting nutrients from what and vitamins and minerals, though not a bad idea (especially in cases of deficiency) can’t replace good food.
From what I hear theres alot to be said for sanity.
