Enough to make a difference in my health or should I just not bother

Even a little bit of walking is good for you and obviously way better than being still.

Any kind of exercise is good. I’ve heard that walking is the most popular form of exercise in the world. Keep it up!

A friend of my brother got a brainstroke, most likely to being very inactive. Any form of movement is a plus. Ideally walking 30 minutes daily is enough according to my doctor, but anything is better than nothing.

Makes a difference especially because the only way to walk 2 miles is to first get used to walking 1.

I walk about an hour every morning Mon to Fri, more on weekends. Depending on your pace, you could fit 2 - 4 miles in that time frame. Faster is better (up to a point).
