Am I on my way out ? I’m so scared and I have not stopped bleeding. Had an ultrasound which shows an avascular cyst with daughter cyst in my ovary. And I have an app on Monday to discuss. I’m frightened.
My wife had these and was fine after the surgery.

Thanks @shutterbug not sure what next steps will be but one of them is to have another ultrasound in 12 weeks. Hopefully it’s nothing to be concerned about though

I had ovarian cysts and had a total hysterectomy. It was the best thing I’ve ever done. But i got it done when i was 45, so i wasn’t worried about wanting kids or whatever. I was happy to no longer have to deal with erratic periods.

My periods are usually always on time. This is the first it’s been ongoing. We have no plans to have kids. But I’m not far off 45. I’m almost 40. Also it’s only one cyst and a daughter cyst within but I’m so scared.
Ovarian cysts are usually okay. As long as it’s under a certain size they don’t do surgery. They will observe it. Usually they burst or drain on their own. It will be okay.
