I have spoken to a lot of parents of schizophrenics. When their offspring ends up in the mental hospital, the parents say, “At least they are safe.” NOT!

I think the mods do a great job in keeping the forum as safe as possible. I think maybe we’ve all been in online communities where this is not the case and are able to appreciate the difference.

Its heavily moderated. I think its safe. There can be a few weirdos but i mean we all have psychotic disorders so what do ya expect

They’re probably safer than they would be out on the street. I’m speaking from experience. There were many times when I was safer in the hospital than I was on the outside. I never got hurt badly, but the cops did slap me down pretty hard one time.
Had a good experience so far… the forum is very good. Love it.

The software demands that you have a minimum of 15 characters in your post. So some people pad out their short replies with “151515…”

We try to make it as safe as possible. You guys don’t see the stuff we reject. We also permaban sex offenders like pedophiles.
People that try to lure others into psychotic behavior or bait people into suicide are kept away.
So yes, it’s as safe as we can make it.
Don’t share your specific location, such as address.
While it was made a joke just now, don’t share selfies. We’ve had someone share someone’s name and selfie on social media to “get back” at them.
