I’ve downloading a teeth brushing app, that will remind me to brush my teeth, tells me where to brush for how long and etcetera…

I’m so bad at brushing my teeth so I hope this will help me :confused:

I purchased this oral b 3D whitening toothpaste so I may take a before and after photo a few weeks later!

I could also do with a bath, but I stuck my head under the tap and washed my hair today and dry shampoo was NOT cutting the mustard :joy:

I brush my teeth in the shower and spit in the drain. I keep my toothbrush and toothpaste next to the shampoo. That way I get both tasks done at the same time. Otherwise I would forget to brush.

I’m with gorrister, I brush in the shower.

I’m a messy brusher.
