I always use mouth wash. I know a lot of people on this site find it hard to use mouth wash or brush you teeth. So what is the last time you cleaned you teeth with mouth wash or with brushing your teeth.

I use it once in a while. Not as often as I should. Don’t floss either.
But I try to brush at least twice a day.
