I shower daily, I just have problems brushing my teeth. I’m lazy, careless. I brush my teeth in the mornings when I’m going out but I should also brush in the evening before sleep. I smoke, drink coffee and alcohol. I can’t get past the motivation part… Does everyone brush their teeth at night?
I try to remember but most times I only brush my teeth in the morning when I get up. Sometimes when I’m in a hurry before bed I will gargle with mouthwash but brushing is something I need to be better at.
I brush when I go to bed and that’s it. Or if I’m going out sometimes
I used to brush my teeth before school and before bed. now I don’t go to school I don’t have a job I hardly brush my teeth and I hardly shower
yeah, me too. damn it, it’s so difficult. I’ve been thinking about it for a while now, I wanna have beautiful white teeth but I’m just lazy. we should all brush in the morning after breakfast and at night before sleep.
I love your hair… I always wanted to have that kinda hair… I shower because I wanna look perfect with perfect hair… If I don’t shower in a day, I stink and my hair becomes oily.
I need to get better at brushing my teeth before bed.
thank you! I love my hair like this. It was always so oily and I hardly ever brushed it so I just decided to do it… and plus I use a Thai deodorant stone, look it up! which literally makes me smell like nothing at all… it’s magic I swear! all natural too
I also have issues brushing teeth. Anything related to basic hygiene aside from brushing hair requires a huge amount of effort on my part. Thanks goes to Abilify for bringing that back after Zoloft took it away…
Just had a filling done today. Also got a scale and polish. Apparently I had a load of plaque below the gum line. Was a bit painful getting that removed but my teeth look great now.
Gonna try and brush twice a day but think maybe that’s not realistic.
I’m the same way. I’m trying to get better because I’m pretty sure I’ve developed periodontal disease.
I was fine about brushing my teeth until my dentist suggested prescription toothpaste. The instructions say to wait half an hour after brushing before eating or drinking anything - you’re not even supposed to rinse your mouth afterwards.
So I worry about whether I plan to have a glass of water in the next 30 minutes, etc - net result is I’ve gone from brushing at least twice a day to sometimes not at all
