I’ve got sza and I’ve noticed an effect from the change in seasons with more daylight these days.
In this past week I’ve woken up at 5 am twice and I have to get up cause I really don’t feel like sleeping anymore. This makes me feel like a zombie from 5 pm on and I’m sure it’s not good for my stability.
I don’t know, I tend to get worse during winter, not summer.
But I keep waking up at 9 instead of 12, which means I’m tired in the evenings and go to bed earlier, which in turn makes me wake up early again.
It feels healthy though.
